Do you really clean?
Yes! We are a cleaning service and no we ARE NOT AN ESCORT SERVICE
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards for booking & cash tips are accepted during services rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $50 deposit is required at booking and is fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of service. If changing the booking within the 48 hours we will transfer the deposit to new booking date
Who is allowed in the home?
We allow a maximum of 3 occupants during our service unless booking a party package. There are to be no minors in the home at any time! Everyone is required to show a Valid State ID.
Can I Record
For the safety of our employees, there is to be no photos or videos during our service unless otherwise discussed with your housekeeper.
Do the housekeepers provide supplies
Yes & No. Our housekeepers will provide the tools, i.e. dusters, rags, etc.. However, chemicals need to be provided by the client or a $40 chemical fee will be attached to the payment. This helps to ensure that our clients are using the best chemicals for them.
Will this be kept confidential?
Yes! We will keep your information confidential and we will be discrete upon arrival. We also keep your privacy when booking with your card as we bill housekeeping services only.
